All orders are processed by 4 pm est   Monday - Thursday. If your order is made after 4 pm it will be process next business day. 

All orders are processed by 3 pm  est on Friday any orders after that will be process next business day ( Monday ) 

Different items have their own processing time, which is what we cannot control. But what we can do is try the best to let you receive your items as soon as possible.

The following cases should be taken into consideration regarding shipping times:

2. Place of Dispatch
3. Destination
4. Freight

When will you receive your ordered items?

Exclude force majeure (bad weather, strikes, wars etc.), the following 3 factors should be taken into consideration.

1) Shipping Method: Delivery time varies with shipping methods. For example, DHL takes 4-8 business days while EMS takes 8-12 business days.

2) Time in transit varies depending on where you’re located and where your package is coming from.


Please use standard English alphabet (ISO basic Latin alphabet, 26 letters). Please DO NOT use any letters outside of the standard English alphabet since it can cause mix ups with our courier company and could result in a delay or non-shipment of your order.


It is clear that all shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. That is usually the obligation of customers. Different countries have different tax rule on the imported goods. Therefore, it will be better if you know your county’s custom policies before your order in case of some troubles.

There are some responsibilities you should know about clearly who has to take once something unexpected happens.

If the items are detained by Customs after the shipment left the seller’s country, the buyer is responsible for clearance of the detained items.

It is the buyer’s responsibility for any custom duty fees that may be charged upon delivery.


* If your delivery location is in the remote area list of the couriers companies, an extra fee will be charged. We will contact you by email before we deliver your package.
* If the items you ordered are customzied, please allow us 20 business days to make it. (Please check the details in the product page).
* We CANNOT ship the orders to a PO Box.
* It will take us extra 48 hours to confirm your payment, if it is considered to be potentially high-risk.


Approximate Processing Time
Usually it will take us about 7 business days to process your order.
But if the items you ordered are out of stock, please allow us 7-10 business days to make it. Once order is ready, you will receive email notification that it has been shipped.
We will email you a tracking number, once your order has been shipped.
Approximate Delivery Times & charge
Shipping time highly depends on the carrier's distribution networks, local customs inspection, airline arrangement, etc, so the delivery time is not 100% guaranteed.But 90% parcels are expected to be delivered within the Delivery Time Range.
Custom Duties
We cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any customs tax or duties. So you are responsible for all applicable customs, duties. Taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country’s customs office for respective charges and rates on package coming outside of your country.
Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an order confirmation email in 48 hours. You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped which may include your tracking number.
